Athens LLC Loses in Court: How the Citizen's Complaint Issue Was Resolved

The newspaper "Zhoghovurd" writes: "Athens LLC has lost a case against the Health and Labor Inspection Body of Armenia.

According to official sources, Alina Khudoyan submitted a complaint stating that the noise generated by the meat processing equipment operating at 59/1 Tsarav Aghbyur Street in Yerevan penetrates her apartment and disturbs her family's nighttime peace.

As a result of an inspection, it was determined that the noise from Athens' meat processing equipment indeed constitutes a source of disturbance in the complainant's apartment. Following this complaint, the inspection body commenced its work, and after measurements, it was confirmed that the sound level in that Yerevan neighborhood genuinely disrupts and disturbs the citizen.

The Health and Labor Inspection Body decided to instruct Athens LLC, represented by Director Artyom Martirosyan, to undertake appropriate measures within a 15-day period to ensure compliance with the established sanitary standards. However, Athens LLC disagreed with the decision and appealed the act in court.

"Zhoghovurd" learned that after a prolonged judicial process, Athens LLC lost the case in court.

The newspaper attempted to contact Athens LLC, but all phone calls went unanswered, and we were unable to ascertain how they resolved the issues raised by the dissatisfied citizen.
