Wildberries Officially Rebrands as RVB LLC

Wildberries company will officially rebrand as "RVB" LLC starting today. This joint venture between Wildberries and Russ, the largest operator of outdoor advertising in Russia, has assumed all obligations to its partners and customers, as stated in a press release from Wildberries.

All services related to the delivery, storage, and transfer of orders will continue to operate as usual. The changes took effect as of August 5. It is noted that partners and customers were informed in advance about the legal entity change, and there is no impact on the day-to-day operations of Wildberries; all services for order delivery, storage, and transfer continue as usual.

The joint venture "RVB" LLC was established as a result of the merging process of Wildberries and Russ, the largest outdoor advertising operator in Russia. In early July, the marketplace and Russ created "RVB" LLC. Wildberries owns 65% of the new company, while 35% belongs to "Stinn," which is owned by Russ Outdoor, with its CEO, Robert Mirzoyan, also serving as the executive director of Russ Group.
