Shooting in Yerevan Leaves One Injured: What We Know
On August 4, gunshots were heard in Yerevan. Around 00:40, operational information was received by the Arabkir Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Armenia, indicating that a dispute had occurred in building 70 on A. Avetisyan Street, during which gunshots were fired and a civilian was injured.

It was revealed that a dispute had taken place in one of the apartments of the mentioned building around 00:30 between 56-year-old Gagik Aghababyan and 46-year-old Karen Tumanyan over domestic issues, during which they exchanged blows. Subsequently, K. Tumanyan fired two shots from an illegal firearm at K. Aghababyan, with one bullet hitting his left foot and causing bodily harm.
