During his visit to the Tavush region, Nikol Pashinyan visited several villages, including Vazashen. At the village market, Pashinyan made some purchases and inquired about fruit prices. He then proceeded to Itzakar, where he spoke with construction workers involved in road asphalt work, as well as local residents.

"We need to think of something for the youth, a café or a restaurant for those passing through. Now that this road has been built, thousands of people are going to travel this route; it's your task to have offers for those thousands so they can stop for milk, yogurt, or spend the night while enjoying nature. The road being constructed by the state is an employment opportunity for you; you need to roll up your sleeves and seize it. Our role is to ensure the flow of people," Pashinyan said during a meeting with the residents of Itzakar.

A resident of Itzakar responded to Pashinyan, stating that there is no income. "There's no income here, what do we have to offer?" he said. Pashinyan suggested selling fruits. "Pears, apples, empty trees because you don't cultivate. You say there are no pears, but there are plenty on the tree that you haven't touched yet. Encourage the youth to work, to build a guesthouse, to establish a café," the Prime Minister added.
