Tragic Incident at ZPMK LLC's Kapan Base Site

Today, around 10:50 AM, a tragic incident occurred at the Kapan base site belonging to ZPMK LLC during the operation of cargo handling equipment, resulting in a fatality. The deceased has been identified as 55-year-old Arsen Maxim Zakharyan, an employee of the company.

Authorities have been promptly informed about the incident, and a criminal case has been initiated. This information has been released by the press service of ZPMK LLC.

“The company will cooperate with law enforcement authorities in their investigation while conducting its own internal inquiry. Should any violations of safety regulations or improper application be discovered, those responsible will face penalties as stipulated in the company’s internal regulations,” the press service stated.
