Telegram Founder Has 100 Biological Children, Musk Posts Humorous Comment

Pavel Durov, the founder of the Telegram social media platform, who ranks 8th on Forbes' list of the richest Russians with a fortune of $15.5 billion, has revealed that he has over 100 biological children in 12 countries. This became possible because he became a sperm donor 15 years ago, Durov shared on his blog.

According to Durov, it all started when a friend approached him with a request. He told Durov that he and his wife were unable to have children due to fertility issues and asked for Durov's help. “I laughed out loud until I realized he was completely serious,” Durov wrote.

When he arrived at the clinic, he was informed that there was not enough “high-quality donor material,” which led Durov to begin donating sperm regularly. As a result, it has helped couples in 12 countries have children.

Now, the owner of Telegram wishes to open his DNA's original code to facilitate his biological children in finding each other. “The lack of healthy sperm is becoming an increasing problem worldwide, and I am proud to have contributed to its solution,” Durov said, calling on others to follow his example.

American entrepreneur Elon Musk humorously commented on this matter on his X social media page on July 30, calling Durov a “beginner level.” The billionaire compared Durov to Genghis Khan, the founder of the Mongol Empire, who is said to have had 600 children. “Beginner level – Genghis Khan,” Musk joked.
