Air Temperature to Rise

On July 30, no precipitation is expected in Yerevan. On July 31, and from August 1 to 3, brief rain and thunderstorms may occur in some parts of the city in the evening hours. Strong winds are also anticipated during thunderstorms, reaching speeds of 18-22 m/s, and in the evening hours, winds of 17-20 m/s are expected.

In the regions, brief rain and thunderstorms are expected during the day on the 31st and in some areas from August 1 to 3. On July 30 and the night of the 31st, dry weather is expected. Winds will be from the southwest at 2-5 m/s, with a forecast of wind intensification during thunderstorms at speeds of 18-23 m/s. In the evening hours, wind intensification is anticipated in Armavir, Kotayk, and the foothills of Aragatsotn, reaching speeds of 17-20 m/s.

The air temperature is expected to gradually rise by 3-5 degrees during the day starting July 30 and into July 31.
