Educator Charged for Assaulting Child at Pokr Vedi Kindergarten

An educator arrested for committing violence against a child at the Pokr Vedi kindergarten remains in custody. This was reported to 24News by the spokesperson for the Investigative Committee, Gor Abrahamyan.

The educator has been charged under Article 196, Part 2, Clause 3 of the Criminal Code of Armenia, which pertains to causing severe physical pain or mental suffering to a minor.

It is noteworthy that a video circulated on the internet showing the educator assaulting the child at one of the kindergartens in the Ararat region.
