On Wednesday, just before Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's speech, police employed tear gas and a sound device to disperse crowds, according to a CNN crew on the scene. Pro-Palestinian protesters clashed with police as they attempted to breach a barricade set up by officers. After several tense minutes, many protesters retreated from the barrier and continued their march and chanting.

According to NBC News, around 500 protesters gathered on the street this morning ahead of Netanyahu's address at Congress. The participants in the protest stood behind a large banner that read, 'Arrest Netanyahu for Genocide.' The group provided wooden signs for protesters that displayed messages like 'Free All Palestinian Political Prisoners' and 'Immediately Lift the Gaza Blockade.'
