This Will Be My Last Copa America: Messi

Argentinian national team and Inter Miami forward Lionel Messi has announced that the 2024 Copa America will be the last tournament of his career.

"The reality is that it was difficult for us to reach the Copa America final because teams are playing more evenly than ever. This will be my last Copa America. Now I am preparing to play my final match in this tournament," Messi was quoted as saying by Mundo Deportivo.

The Argentinian national team will face Colombia in the final of the 2024 Copa America. The final match is scheduled for July 15, with kickoff set for 04:00 Yerevan time.
