The Volume of Legalization of Unauthorized Constructions Will be Significantly Large: Avinyan

“You are all aware that for decades, unauthorized constructions have been built without the necessary permits and legislative requirements, which still pose significant problems for both their holders and the Yerevan Municipality,” said Yerevan Mayor Tigran Avinyan today.

He noted that currently, the municipality is conducting extensive studies and making decisions regarding the legalization of constructions registered before January 1, 2021.

“And this does not mean that all of them will be legalized. This means that the volume of those being legalized during this period will be significantly large. I want to specifically emphasize that there are no intermediary services in this process and there cannot be any,” Avinyan added.
