Russian Foreign Ministry Reveals Conditions for Talks with Ukraine

The West could expedite the start of peaceful negotiations regarding the resolution of the Ukrainian conflict if it ceases its arms supply to the Kyiv regime. This was announced by Rodion Miroshnik, the special envoy of the Russian Foreign Ministry.

“Ukraine is being held by the West; that country is entirely dependent on the weapons supplied by the West. Therefore, if the West wishes for this conflict to be resolved peacefully, it must stop supplying arms, and in a very short time, it will be possible to start detailed, effective negotiations to end the bloodshed and military operations, concerning the future of people and territories that can be saved through this decision,” the diplomat stated.
