“To change reality, we must change our thinking,” says Pashinyan

If Armenia were not a democratic country, we would not have Armenia as an independent state today, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated during the "Armenian Democracy Forum."

“But we must also acknowledge that what has been possible through political will has already happened and has come to an end; we now need institutional solutions,” he noted.

Pashinyan emphasized that sometimes it seems that changing a specific law or decision will change reality, but that is not the case at all. “Many laws have been changed, but reality has not changed; therefore, to change reality, we must change our thinking,” he remarked.
