Parliamentary elections are ongoing in France. According to local media reports, former French President François Hollande, who arrived at the polling station to fulfill his civic duty, forgot to bring his identification. He had to wait until his ID was brought to him.

As previously reported, voter turnout in the first round of parliamentary elections in France today at 17:00 Paris time (19:00 Yerevan time) was recorded at 59.39%, which is 20% higher than at the same time during the first round of the 2022 presidential elections.
