Teenager Breaks Little Girl's Skull with Scooter in Russia

In Moscow, Russia, a 14-year-old boy has reportedly broken the skull of a 5-year-old girl with a scooter. According to the Shot news outlet, the incident occurred last Tuesday in the yard of a high-rise building on Dmitrovsky Highway in the northern part of the capital.

The schoolboy was performing tricks on a ramp when he seriously injured a passing child.

The mother of the victim stated that her daughter has a skull fracture, a concussion, and brain swelling, and is currently in the intensive care unit.

After the incident, the boy has not been seen in the yard again. Witnesses are unsure of his exact name but suggest that he is around 14 years old. The girl's mother is now trying to locate the boy's family but has been unsuccessful.
