Tesla Recalls 12,000 Vehicles

The American electric vehicle manufacturer Tesla has recalled 11,688 Cybertrucks due to a malfunction in the windshield wiper system. According to reports by RIA Novosti, this announcement was made by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA).

“Tesla is recalling the electric vehicles produced this year. The high electric current may cause a malfunction in the wiper motor,” the statement said.

The regulatory agency noted that the malfunction could lead to reduced visibility, which in turn may cause accidents. Tesla’s service department will replace the wiper motor free of charge.
