VIDEO. Paris Provokes New Phase of Armed Confrontation: Zakharova on Armenia-France Agreement

Paris is provoking a new phase of armed confrontation in the South Caucasus, said Russian Foreign Ministry representative Maria Zakharova during a press briefing, commenting on the agreement for France to supply CAESAR self-propelled howitzers to Armenia.

Zakharova labeled this agreement as "yet another step" in escalating tensions. She believes that France is not acting in Armenia's interests, but rather is seeking to exploit existing conflicts to achieve its own opportunistic goals.
