Former Ombudsman Arman Tatoyan has released a video and stated, "Let's talk with a specific example. This video serves as concrete proof that the police officers on June 12 beat and humiliated a participant of that day's rally. This is a criminal offense, yet there has been no criminal prosecution against the perpetrator; moreover, such actions are encouraged by the head of the Government. Can anyone claim that this is a proportional response? Whoever says such a thing is either part of the government or closely tied to it for political reasons. The political patronage of impunity is determined exactly by cases like this.
