Gigi Company Issues Statement

Gigi Company has issued a statement.
"Dear friends,

The Armenian Gigi Company is facing an evidently baseless and illegal criminal proceeding, the sole motivation of which is the civil activism and public engagement of the company's founder, Khachatur Grigoryan. Founded from scratch by Khachatur Grigoryan, Gigi Company holds a leading position in the Armenian market and has expanded its operations abroad (USA, Georgia, Russia), enhancing the national brand on an international scale and widely promoting the recognition of Armenian products.

Gigi has provided employment to thousands of people in our country and is listed among the major taxpayers in Armenia, while Khachatur is known as a humble and hard-working individual. Throughout its history, Gigi Company has actively supported various national, educational, technological, and charitable projects.

Gigi stands by the Armenian population of Artsakh. During all days of the complete blockade of Artsakh, Khachatur Grigoryan was in Artsakh, working under extremely difficult conditions, and in recent months, it was Gigi that provided jobs and assistance to many Armenians displaced from Artsakh.

Despite the illegal obstacles raised against it, Gigi Company has carried out necessary actions and continues its normal operations, serving our hundreds of thousands of compatriots. Khachatur Grigoryan and the Gigi team are determined to continue building a dignified Homeland in Great Armenia, always remaining faithful to the values and principles that have become an inseparable part of the brand.
