A video capturing the moment of a major pedestrian accident in Blagoveshchensk, Russia has been released. A vehicle struck pedestrians crossing the sidewalk at high speed.

Preliminary reports indicate that three individuals have died, including two children, while seven others sustained various injuries and have been hospitalized.

Footage from the scene has also been published. The 59-year-old driver was found to be under the influence of alcohol and has been arrested.
