VIDEO: "Garnik Danielyan is the only one who will resign, I doubt the others," Kocharyan says

Andranik Kocharyan, a member of the Armenian National Assembly from the ruling Civil Contract party, referred to the opposition as "political locusts" in his speech. He recalled how they stormed the National Assembly and government buildings on the night of November 9, 2020, stating, "The area was clear for attempting to break the constitutional order. It lasted one day. The locusts filled the space, they kidnapped the Speaker of the National Assembly, attempted murder, and the next day, when the law enforcement agencies were in the country, they no longer existed. Those forces have been present before as well," he said.

Commenting on Garnik Danielyan's speech, Kocharyan expressed that he does not doubt Danielyan’s integrity regarding the resignation issue: "He is the only one who will resign; I doubt the others because when difficult situations arise, they say, 'we are deputies, do not approach us.' They are protected behind the mandate, while the people who participate in the 'lobby' stage have no connection to the projects that are planned against our country."
