VIDEO: Alen Simonian Changes His Official Car License Plates

24News has obtained photographs of the official BMW vehicle used by Alen Simonian, the President of the National Assembly of Armenia. According to the media outlet, it is clearly visible that he has replaced his '001HH01' state license plates with operational plates.
