The Car Serving Samvel Shahramanyan Has Been Sealed, Investigators Did Not Actually Seize It: Lawyer
Investigators left the representative office of Artsakh in Armenia without actually seizing the service car that serves the President of Artsakh, which had previously been sealed.
This was stated by lawyer Roman Yeritsyan, who provided details regarding the case of seizing the service vehicle of President Samvel Shahramanyan.
“After 3-4 hours of operations, the investigators realized that they could not seize the car without a court decision. They left without evacuating the car. The seals on the car cannot be an obstacle for its operation,” he said.
Yeritsyan noted that the investigators had previously contacted them, offering to transfer the car for at least two days. However, they were clearly shown the legal provision that the presence of a court decision is mandatory for the seizure of property.
