Man Wanted by France Detected in Armenia

The police report states that on June 7, employees of the criminal investigation department of the "Zvartnots" airport apprehended Andranik A., a 36-year-old man, after checking in for the Yerevan-Moscow flight. He had been wanted by Interpol since May 27 on charges of drug trafficking.

The measure of restraint is detention. The discovery has been reported to Interpol's Armenian office and to the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Armenia.
