The developments around the situation in Ukraine, including Kyiv's announcements about striking Russia, are leading to World War III. This opinion was expressed by former US President Donald Trump during an appearance on Fox News.

“We are closer to World War III. Look at what has happened in the last few days,” he stated.

According to the Republican perspective, Russian President Vladimir Putin is now “talking about nuclear weapons.”

“Because Ukraine is now talking about hitting Russia. And the current US President Joe Biden doesn’t know what to say,” Trump added. “But all these things will eventually lead to World War III,” the former American leader believes. “I would resolve the situation around Ukraine and resolve it quickly. It would never have happened,” he assured.
