Does NATO Plan to Deploy Forces in Ukraine? Stoltenberg Responds

The North Atlantic Treaty Organization does not intend to send troops to Ukraine. This statement was made by NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg during a press conference held in Helsinki.

"NATO does not plan to deploy its forces in Ukraine. We are focused on how we can create a stronger framework for long-term support for Ukraine and agree on long-term financial commitments," he said in response to a question from journalists.
