Biden Calls Trump a Criminal Selling His Presidency

Former U.S. President Donald Trump has announced that he has raised nearly $300 million for his reelection campaign just in May.

"A record amount has been raised for Trump's presidential campaign. Trump's campaign and other organizations supporting him raised nearly $300 million in May alone. This is a record," he wrote on his Truth Social account.

It is noted that just under 2 million Americans donated, while another $150 million was contributed by organizations.

In light of Trump's record fundraising, current U.S. President Joe Biden stated that Trump would be selling his presidency and characterized him as a criminal. "Trump is selling the Bible and golden sneakers. He is selling his presidential office to the highest bidder," Biden remarked during his campaign.
