«What are you laughing at me for, you are just a man». Khudinyan to Bishop Bagrat

Earlier today, the situation escalated in front of the Investigation Committee. During Bishop Bagrat's speech, the head of the Patrol Service, Arthur Khudinyan, was seen smiling.

“You are asking me, Mr. Khudinyan, the time to smile will come,” remarked the Bishop.

Khudinyan appeared to lose his temper in response. “What are you laughing at me for, you are just a man,” he said addressing Bishop Bagrat.

He noted that he was discussing a personal matter with his colleague.
