Russian President Vladimir Putin has sent a condolence telegram to the family of Arthur Chilingarov, expressing his deep sorrow over his passing, according to the president's press secretary Dmitry Peskov.
Earlier, Vyacheslav Volodin, the speaker of the State Duma of Russia, announced the death of the prominent Armenian scientist and State Duma deputy Arthur Chilingarov.
