Julya
Moldova has revoked the licenses of five television channels that provided a platform for opposition voices. This was reported by the government’s press service.
The Moldovan authorities stated that these channels are “financed from dubious sources.” It was noted that the television channels have connections to former leaders of Moldova's “Democratic” Party and the “Shor” Party.
The government report also mentioned that the television companies “did not provide the required financial information.”
