The Process of Determining Trump's Guilt Level Has Begun

The trial against former U.S. President Donald Trump in New York has entered a decisive phase, as jurors must determine whether the former president is guilty of falsifying business records. This was reported by РИА.

The 12-member jury, after a month and a half of reviewing the positions of both sides and following their arguments, will decide on which of the 34 counts Trump should be convicted of, despite his continued claims of total innocence.

The criminal case against Trump has been opened for falsifying business records in connection with payments made to conceal damaging information. The former president is also accused of a possible connection with adult film actress Stormy Daniels. Trump contends that the payments were made through lawyers and were therefore categorized as 'legal expenses.' The prosecution argues that Trump consciously concealed the payments and the facts of the alleged affair for political reasons on the eve of the 2016 presidential election.
