Political Tension Expected as Pashinyan Attends Parliament While Protesters Take to Streets

According to the newspaper «Jamanak», today is expected to be a politically charged day. Preliminary discussions on the annual report regarding the implementation of the Republic of Armenia's state budget for 2023 will commence in the permanent committees of the National Assembly. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and various ministers will be present in the parliament to participate in these discussions.

Today in the National Assembly, besides Nikol Pashinyan, Finance Minister Vahe Hovhannisyan, Central Bank President Martin Galstyan, Head of the Audit Chamber Atom Janjughazyan, and Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Narek Mkrtchyan will also be present, along with Stepan Mnatsakanyan, the head of the Statistical Committee.
