Number of Arrests in Yerevan Increases

In Yerevan, 226 participants of civil disobedience actions have been detained by various divisions of the Police of the Republic of Armenia. This was announced by the police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
"As of now, 226 participants of civil disobedience actions have been detained in Yerevan under Article 182 of the Code of Administrative Offenses. Currently, there are no closed streets in Yerevan," the Ministry reported.
It is noteworthy that supporters of the 'Tavush for the Homeland' movement began to block several streets early in the morning, both in Yerevan and in the regions. Concurrently, special forces have started detaining participants of the civil disobedience actions.
