What Happened During the Raids on the Stepanakert Mayor's Home?
Approximately two hours ago, lawyer Ruben Melikyan reported that law enforcement had "visited" the home of Stepanakert Mayor David Sargsyan for a search. In a conversation with MediaHub, the mayor's wife, Ernа Javadyan, stated that they had arrived at their house two hours earlier, describing it as a "real show," but also unsurprising, since all officials in Artsakh have found themselves under scrutiny in recent days, particularly ahead of the rally called by Bishop Bagrat.
"The house was searched in the presence of a lawyer, and of course, they found nothing and left. David was not home; he was at work. They left empty-handed, and all of this is connected to Nikol Pashinyan's fears," she noted. She added that the people of Artsakh have endured so many difficulties and gone through so many trials that all of this feels insignificant.
"All the officials in Artsakh are waiting for their turn; this theater will knock on their doors too, but they should not expect anything. The people of Artsakh are not afraid," the interlocutor emphasized.
