VIDEO: 12 Children Injured After School Roof Collapse in Russia

In Krasnodar, Russia, 12 children have been injured due to the collapse of a school roof. This was reported by the Krasnodar Krai Prosecutor's Office.

The prosecutor's office of the Western Administrative District of Krasnodar has initiated an investigation into the roof collapse at Secondary School No. 29.

The report states: "It has been preliminarily determined that on May 24, 2024, at 08:18 AM, due to a strong wind, the roof of School No. 29, located at 147 Ryleyev Street in Krasnodar, collapsed, resulting in injuries to around 12 children who suffered shrapnel wounds. The exact number of injured has not been specified."

Vitaly Olkhovik, the prosecutor of the Western Administrative District of Krasnodar, has arrived at the scene, and an investigation into the causes and conditions of the incident has been organized. Footage from the site has been released.
