Mayor of Martakert Arrested

The mayor of the occupied city of Martakert has been arrested overnight. Lawyer Ruben Melikyan announced this on his Facebook page, stating, "The mayor of Martakert has just been arrested." No further details have been provided by the lawyer.
It is worth recalling that on May 23, Askeran's mayor, Hayk Shamiryan, was arrested after a raid on his home.
