VIDEO: Taiwan Reports Proximity of Chinese Drones and Vessels to the Island

Deputy Chief of the Intelligence Bureau of Taiwan's Armed Forces, Major General Huan Wencin, announced that military intelligence has recorded the presence of 33 drones and 31 vessels near Taiwan since the start of exercises conducted by the People's Liberation Army (PLA) of China. This was reported by TASS.

He emphasized that currently, there are 15 warships, 16 maritime police vessels, and 33 drones registered in the waters adjacent to the Taiwan Strait.

Previously, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Wang Wenbin stated that China demands U.S. officials to adhere to the 'One China' principle, and Beijing does not consider the visits of American Congressional members to Taiwan as appropriate.

Footage of the ongoing exercises has also been released. It was reported earlier that China had begun military exercises near Taiwan.
