No Clarification or Justification from Veolia Water During These Times, Says Fact

The newspaper "Fact" reports that due to heavy rain over the past month, real rivers have been flowing in the streets of the capital on certain days. Moreover, in some instances, cars have been stuck in huge puddles. Many have half-jokingly noted that from now on, the most popular mode of transportation in Yerevan will be the boat.

According to the "Fact" newspaper, some time ago, the mayor of Yerevan instructed the heads of administrative districts to conduct an inventory related to drainage systems in their areas. At first glance, there is nothing extraordinary about this; the municipality is doing its job, and in fact, such an instruction is probably long overdue. However, what is extraordinary here is that the responsible party for the drainage system is the company "Veolia Water", and it turns out that the heads of administrative districts will be entering "someone else's field".

Even more strange is that during all this time, there has been no clarification or justification from the very same "Veolia Water" company, as if it were supposed to be this way. However, this situation is not a new phenomenon for Yerevan; moreover, due to the "Veolia Water" company, it has long since become a "tradition."
