Photos: Pashinyan Meets with Iran's Acting President

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, currently in Tehran, held a meeting with Mohammad Mohbari, the acting president of Iran. Prime Minister Pashinyan expressed deep condolences on behalf of himself and the Armenian delegation to the acting president, vice presidents, government officials, and the entire Iranian people.

Pashinyan emphasized that the passing of Ebrahim Raisi and Hossein Amirabdollahian is a tragedy, and that Armenia and the Armenian people share in the grief of their friendly nation, Iran.

The Prime Minister noted that he had not only a partnership but also warm friendships with Ebrahim Raisi, which was reflected in the relations between Armenia and Iran. He expressed hope that the programs outlined with Ebrahim Raisi, as well as the positive trend in relations between the two countries, would continue.

The acting president of Iran stated that the presence of the Armenian Prime Minister provides them with support and strength during these difficult days. He remarked that the recent disaster has shaken the entire Iranian nation, and they deeply appreciate that friendly Armenia shares their sorrow today.

Mohammad Mohbari assured that all the programs aimed at enhancing Armenia-Iran relations, as highlighted by the Armenian Prime Minister with Ebrahim Raisi, will be carried forward continuously.
