Photos: Mold and Dirt Accumulation Leads to Suspension of Operations at Three Bakeries

In the town of Garni, the operations of three production facilities belonging to "Garni Bread" LLC have been suspended. This information has been reported by the press service of the Food Safety Inspection Body of Armenia.

Inspections were carried out in four different types of bread production facilities, where violations were recorded in three of them. Specifically, in the "Puri," "Tonir Lavash," and "Lavash" bakeries, the wall surfaces were not made of waterproof, washable, and disinfectable materials, and the accumulation of dirt on the ceilings, the emergence of mold, and the possibility of falling particles from the ceiling were not prevented.

Additionally, the storage area for food raw materials also required renovation.

The inspection body has set a deadline for the identified violations to be rectified.
