VIDEO: A Lawmaker's Car Blown Up in Donetsk

The car of Denis Kharitonov, a member of the Astrakhan Regional Duma, was blown up in Donetsk. He reported this on Telegram.

“Today, while carrying out another mission, my PMM (parliamentary combat vehicle) exploded... and was completely burnt... It has been a long time since someone blew up my own car...,” wrote Kharitonov, adding that it was his personal vehicle that he was using for tasks in a military operation zone.

The parliamentarian also indicated that he managed to escape unharmed, while the driver's personal documents and belongings (the name was mentioned as Shmel) remained intact despite the severe injuries sustained. Kharitonov noted that the special unit of the brigade has taken control of the incident, and investigative actions are underway.
