VIDEO: 'You Have a Mental Disorder' - Police Officer to Protesting Woman

A police officer told an elderly woman participating in a protest on Tbilisi Avenue, 'You have a mental disorder.'
'I understand you have a mental disorder, calm down, go home,' the police officer said to the woman.

In response to a journalist's inquiry about why he said such a thing and how he knew that the citizen had any disorder, the police officer replied that he was giving his opinion based on the woman's behavior.
