PHOTO: Another Church Destroyed by Azerbaijan
Azerbaijan has completely destroyed the Saint Harutyun Church in Berdzor, reports Raffi Kortoshyan, head of the foundation for the study of Armenian architecture.
The church's foundation was laid in 1996. It was constructed with a domed design from finely hewn basalt, and its construction was completed two years later, with consecration taking place on May 31, 1998.
