Video: 'We Can Go Further' – Mirzoyan
Ararat Mirzoyan, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, stated that Armenia and Azerbaijan should not be limited to just signing a peace agreement. This was announced today during negotiations with the Azerbaijani Foreign Minister in Almaty, as reported by Sputnik Kazakhstan.
"We can go further by unblocking all transport communications in the region," Mirzoyan said. He also added that Armenia is inclined towards peace and the finalization of a peace treaty.
"We are very constructive in the negotiating process," he noted.
It is worth reminding that the commissions on the delimitation of Armenia and Azerbaijan agreed to start the delimitation from the Tavush region on April 19. The description of the boundaries in the specified sections will be compiled based on the clarification of coordinates obtained through geodetic measurements in the field, which is expected to be completed by May 15, 2024.
