Earlier, in a conversation with journalists, the Chief of Police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Arajn Hovhannisyan, stated that they will act only within the framework of the law. He declined to specify the number of police officers present.
Recall that since May 4, the march led by the Archbishop of Tavush Diocese, Bagrat Galstanyan, from the village of Kiranq in the Tavush region is now heading towards Republic Square, where a rally is expected to take place at 16:00.
