VIDEO: "I agree with the idea of signing a peace treaty by November," says Pashinyan

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has expressed his agreement with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev's idea of signing a peace treaty by November 2024. He made this statement during a meeting with reporters today.

“For this, all agreed principles must be recorded in the peace treaty, and if I am not saying right now that we will sign it next week, it means that this agreement has not yet been reached,” he stated.

Pashinyan expressed hope that progress will be made at the upcoming meeting in Almaty.

It is noted that the talks between the foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan, Ararat Mirzoyan and Jeyhun Bayramov, will take place on May 10 in Almaty.
