Stepantsminda-Lars Road is Closed

The Emergency Service informs that there are closed roads within the territory of Armenia. This is reported by the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

It is noted that the road from the Amberd junction in the Aragatsotn region to Lake Kari is closed. In the Ararat region, partial collapse occurred at the pedestrian section of the bridge near the village of Getapnya, resulting in the suspension of traffic on the bridge.

Regarding the Lars road, it has been reported from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia and the Emergency Situations Ministry of the Russian Federation’s North Ossetia Crisis Management Center that the Stepantsminda-Lars road is closed for all types of vehicles.
