We need a company that will take responsibility for the entire network. This was stated today by Yerevan Mayor Tigran Avinyan during a working council meeting at the city hall, while discussing sewage maintenance.

“We can’t keep doing this one year and then ask someone else the next year. That's not a system; it’s a patchwork. We need an entity that is fully responsible. Ultimately, the responsibility lies with us,” he said.
