We are discussing with the main members of the team, including David Hotson and more than fifty architects and engineers, the various options for the final look of the Cascade Complex. This was mentioned by Yerevan Mayor Tigran Avinyan on his Facebook page.

“One of the favorite places for Yerevan residents and tourists, the Cascade, will be brought to its final form. The project reflects what was previously designed, and we are now discussing with a team led by New York architect David Hotson and more than fifty architects and engineers the options for the final look of the Cascade Complex. The presented sketches were designed for the Cafesjian Museum; the building's project and foundation construction were already completed when construction was halted due to the global economic crisis in 2009. The professional team is now ready to update the museum project, adapting it to modern requirements and focusing on resuming construction,” he wrote.
