In Russia's Sverdlovsk region, approximately 74,000 people are left without electricity due to heavy snowfall. This was reported by the regional prosecutor's office.
The agency has stated that it is overseeing the restoration of public utilities for the residents of the region.
Additionally, water supply and heating have been suspended in several areas.
Several clips have been released showing the significant snowfall in the Sverdlovsk region.
